Your monthly rate covers the minutes in your plan. These charges can also apply. They are all in the Terms of Service you agree to when you sign up.
- Setup fee: $25.00, one time, charged at sign-up with your first month of service.
- Minutes over your plan: billed after use at your plan's overage rate, from $0.95 to $1.35 a minute depending on plan size. Create-A-Rate shows your exact rate before you pay. Operator time is rounded up to the next minute.
- Outdials: $0.45 per attempt, billed after use.
- Patches: $0.45 per minute, billed after use.
- Returned check: $30.00. Declined charge card: $10.00.
- Reports: some reports are available for an extra fee.
- Spanish-speaking agents: available for an extra monthly fee. Call 800-440-3310 for pricing.
